About the Pathways Ministry
The mission of the Pathways ministry is to provide professional, confidential,
Christian counseling to the individuals and families living in and near
the communities of Swansea, Vandalia, O’Fallon, Waterloo, Jacksonville,
Springfield, Carlinville, Maryville and Carmi, Illinois as well as Evansville,
Indiana.
Our qualified mental health professionals deal with a broad range of
relational and psychological issues with both expertise and Christian
compassion.
When you call a Pathways office, you can get information on all BCHFS
services, including adoption, foster care, maternity care and residential
treatment. Pathways staff will refer you to the appropriate program
and person to answer your questions.
Additionally, Pathways staff may provide assistance to churches, Sunday
School classes, missions groups and other organizations that are interested
in social ministries. BCHFS staff members can facilitate seminars on
various topics of concern among children and families, such as parenting
skills, self-esteem, relational issues, grief and loss, etc. If you
see a need in your church or community for information on these topics,
give your local Pathways office a call.
