Doug Devore, LSW, ACSW, Executive Director, has been an employee of Baptist Children’s Home and Family Services for over thirty-five years and has been executive director since 1995.

He works closely with the BCHFS board of trustees—an elected, voluntary board that governs BCHFS.

Other management team members include the following people. Together they represent over 100 years of non-profit child care and management experience. Our staff strives to reflect Christ in everything they do.
