At Baptist Children’s Home and Family Services we are dedicated to meeting the needs of children and families in crisis. Ten years ago we provided care and support for 398 children and adults.
That number escalated to 1,669 in 2008.

Although these numbers represent the growing need for our help, it’s not about the numbers, it’s about the faces behind the numbers: The faces of those who are hurting, those who cry out in their grief and despair wondering who is going to care for them, who is going to love them, and who is going to give them hope? It is the faces of those whose lives are being changed through all of our ministries.

In light of today’s economic climate we need your support more than ever before. In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, I humbly ask you to generously support this year’s Mother’s Day Offering.

Please use the following materials in your promotion of this wonderful event. If you would like to have someone from BCHFS come and speak to your congregation, Sunday School class, missions group, civic club or other organization, please call us at (618) 382-4164 or e-mail nancywall@bchfs.com. There is no charge to your church or organization and we have speakers for large and small venues. We are always blessed to speak to friends of children. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
