DESCRIPTION:Join us for classes helping you prepare for the birth of your child.  For example\, get more information on pain management\, what to expect at the hospital\, newborn care\, SIDS\, baby’s health\, and safety.  Classes are on Mondays in August\, starting August 9th\, 16th. 232rd\, 30th from 6-8 pm\, at GraceHaven Pregnancy Resource Clinic in Mt. Vernon\, IL.    Not only will you learn what to expect from your labor and delivery\, but we will support and encourage you.
