This year you can bid online for the quilts in addition to bidding live in person.  We have partnered with Rothrock Auction Company of Parkersburg Illinois to auction the quilts this year.  Pre-bidding for the auction is open as of noon on Wednesday, September 15th.  The way that the auction works is that at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, September 18th, the live auctioneer will start the in-person bidding starting with quilt #1.  The highest online bid at the time will be the opening bid, so if quilt #1 has a $150 online bid, the next bid either online or under the tent would be $175 at a minimum.  This continues until there are no further bids either under the tent or online.  This will give us a larger audience for our quilts and will make for an exciting event.
